Reunited former boy bands New Kids On The Block and the Backstreet Boys are to make history by broadcasting a live concert in more than 300 cinemas across Europe.Their joint show at London's O2 Arena later this month will be transmitted via a satellite feed to theatres in countries including Ireland, Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Estonia, and Latvia.
Organisers will use state-of-the-art high definition cameras and 5.1 surround sound to recreate the full concert experience for fans in cinemas thousands of miles away.
"It's so exciting to know that even though we weren't able to bring our show to certain places in Europe our fans will still have the opportunity to experience it like they were there. We can't wait for everyone to see the show!" Backstreet Boys star Howie Dorough says.
