DEARBORN -- Ford Warriors in Pink welcomes back a fierce ally in the war against breast cancer with a public awareness campaign from CBS Television Network. For the second consecutive year, CBS has partnered with Ford Warriors in Pink for a breast cancer awareness campaign on the CBS Television Network featuring stars from some of the network’s hottest shows. The campaign is focused on encouraging Warriors across the country to join the fight against breast cancer by exercising preventative measures such as eating a healthy diet, implementing an exercise routine, conducting self breast exams and purchasing Warriors in Pink gear at www.fordcares.com, which provides 100 percent of net proceeds to Susan G. Komen for the Cure all year long.

CBS began airing the Ford Warriors in Pink television spots nationally on Oct. 4, and will continue until the end of October in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Ford creates limited edition Warriors in Pink apparel and accessories for women, men and children featuring important symbols signifying the message of hope, strength and unity in the commitment to the fight against breast cancer with 100 of the net proceeds benefiting Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Talent participating in the CBS public awareness program will be featured wearing various pieces of Ford Warriors in Pink apparel, encouraging viewers to visit www.fordcares.com and purchase gear in support of the cure.
