11/26/2012 - 'Tis the seasonWell, I guess this is my bi-annual blog.
What else can I say but "I've been busy".
To know me on the web (or the lack there of), is to love me
with great understanding and low expectation. But let me tell ya,
if ya bumped into me on the street, we'd be whooping it up!
I'm old fashioned like that.
K- enough of my apologies.
I am well. Working away on the nkotb album-
very exciting. Always surprised at what we come up with.
I shouldn't be after 25 years but I'm grateful none the less.
On the solo side, I am neck deep in my One Man Show.
A lot of work and dedication. I am willing to follow the truth
wherever it may lead. This ain't no cabaret.
I'm blessed with an amazing writer and a wonderful director,
whom i think you'll will be hearing more about as we go.
This show feels like an opportunity to do all the things I've never
done before- and 90% of that is internal.
And hopefully for the audience that will translate externally.
Been doing some cool acting gigs as well.
The movie "The Heat" will be coming out early spring
and they say it is as funny on film as it was making it.
What an awesome gig that was.
I'll keep you posted on all these things.
In the meantime, I threw together a little Christmas bundle for ya.
"A bahgain" as my mother would say.
A little kitsch- the socks and ornament.
And 3 albums CDs I am very proud of-
Talk to Me: the standards, Here We Go Again: fire from beginning to end,
and Come Home for Christmas: so blessed to have collab'd
with so many great artists to create a Christmas album
worthy of your holiday play list- I'm biased, but that shiz is lovely!

Joey McIntyre and his wife Barrett took their son Griffin out for a birthday dinner in Los Angeles, Calif. on Tuesday (November 20). Griffin – who turned five – wore a red top with red sneakers for the night out.
Looks like Griffin loves to sing like his dad. The New Kids On The Block star shared a sweet photo of him at the mike and wrote: “Griffy Mac is 5 today. i got a stage built for him in the back yard. What else am I gonna give??!SOURCE: http://www.celebritybabyscoop.com/2012/11/23/joey-mcintyres-birthday-boy
The couple also have Rhys, almost 3, and Kira, 1 1/2.
Last year McIntyre told Celebrity Baby Scoop that the boys were doting brothers to Kira.
“They love her. My 2-year-old is extra sweet with her, getting into her face with big soft ‘Hiiiii!! Yah…’ He calls Kira ‘Yah.’ My 4-year-old and Kira I think are going to be quite the tandem. A fierce relationship is brewing already.”
Joey Mcintyre and his family celebrated their son Griffin's birthday at the Cheesecake factory before visiting Sants'a Grotto at the Grove.
Can you spell cutie?
So can we!
We hope to see much MORE of this young adorable little boy along with his dashing father!!!

Joey McIntyre’s got the right stuff — for 90210.SOURCE: http://insidetv.ew.com/2012/11/12/joey-mcintyre-90210/
EW has learned exclusively that the New Kid on the Block has just scored a guest spot in an upcoming episode of 90210, playing an up and coming music manager who has some business with Dixon (Tristan Wilds). It is scheduled to air in February.
This is far from the first time the boy bander has showed off his acting chops on primetime. Last year, following a NKOTBSB summer tour, he made appearances on CSI: NY and Psych.
90210 airs Mondays on the CW.
Los Angeles, CA -- Actress Kristie Alley used the power of Twitter to help collect donations for Hurricane Sandy victims.
Alley received help from other celebrities who are stepping up to lend a hand with donations. John Travolta and his wife have offered to match Alley's donation.
Singer Jonathan Knight from the boy band New Kids On the Block was on hand to do some heavy lifting as he helped people who were dropping off donations to Alley's store in Hollywood called "OrganicLiason".
Alley said the whole thing started with a Tweet to a couple friends to try and fill a truck to help victims of Hurricane Sandy.
