MS Society honors Summit Entertainment's Rob Friedman

Last night the Southern California chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society honored Summit Entertainment's Rob Friedman, Co-Chairman and CEO, Summit Entertainment for his continued support in bringing the world to a more multiple sclerosis free community.

Billed as "The Multiple Sclerosis Society's Annual Dinner of Champions," Tom Sherak and Joe Roth co-hosted the event. Celebrities walking the press line included Nia Vardalos, Ian Gomez, James Blunt, Joe McIntyre, David Lander, Natalie Lander, Billy Burke, Byron Allen, Marlon Wayans and Kathryn Bigelow.

Adam Sandler was seen enjoying the company of his daughter but did not walk the press line. Giovanni Ribisi took a quick moment to pose for the cameras and interview with a couple of video outlets. Ribisi is known to pose for a quick moment so it was a miracle that he posed for as long as he did. Byron Allen was excited to show off his wife's pregnancy. He proudly announced, "She's due in April."

Joe McIntyre was already enjoying the event with pre-dinner cocktails with his wife. Thankfully one of the photographers noticed him and was able to wrangle McIntyre to the press line. Wearing a light colored suit, the New Kids On The Block singer still has the penetrating baby blue eyes that made girls fall in love with during the group's heydey. Even one photographer couldn't resist asking to pose with McIntyre. The photographer laughingly quipped, "He was supposed to be my fantasy husband when I was kid."

Speaking of fantasy along with sci-fi, Summit Entertainment is known for its widely popular film "Twilight." It was definitely fitting to see "Twilight" star Billy Burke show some love to Rob Friedman. Unfortunately, other "Twilight" cast members may have not be available due to the shooting schedule of the follow up film "The Twilight Saga: New Moon."
