How would you like to come hang with D-DUB? Each randomly selected winner and their guest will be invited to come and hang Party With Donnie. Streetlight Music will provide each randomly selected winner and (1) guest with an all expense paid trip to spend the day with Donnie Wahlberg (D-DUB). Streetlight Music will provide all transportation and hotel accommodations for each winner and their guest. The winner and their guest will arrive the day of an event with Donnie and will have the opportunity to attend the “I Got It Tour” appearance with DONNIE. Each winner and their guest will go with Donnie on any radio interviews, dine with Donnie and accompany Donnie to the event that evening. The winner and their guest will receive VIP treatment from the time they arrive all the way throughout the entire day with Donnie. So let’s have some fun and good luck!!

WINNERS/PRIZE
Unless indicated otherwise on the Web Site, one (1) Prize will be awarded for each Giveaway. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize will vary by Giveaway. All prizes are non-transferable. Streetlight Music may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at their discretion. Streetlight Music may require winner(s) to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (as more fully discussed below).

HOW TO ENTER
You will be automatically entered into the raffle with every download or t-shirt order at http://store.streetlightmusic.net. You will be entered as many times as a download is made and you will be entered for every t-shirt order made on that site. There will be a total of six randomly selected winners to Party With Donnie. A Streetlight Music representative will randomly select the name of each winner by the end of the day of the following dates:

1st Winner will be selected 10/23/09
2nd Winner will be selected 10/28/09
3rd Winner will be selected 10/30/09
4th Winner will be selected 11/04/09
5th Winner will be selected 11/06/09
6th Winner will be selected 11/11/09

The Winners will be notified Via e-mail. If you are selected and meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein, the Prize will be delivered to the name and address that you provide with your entry.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be a resident of the country in which the Donnie party event is being held. Streetlight Music reserves the right to require proof of eligibility. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent or corrupted are void and will not be accepted.

By entering, each entrant agrees to this Web site's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and the rules stated herein.

LIST OF WINNERS
Streetlight Music will announce each winner individually through Twitter and via email. However, should said winner decide to remain anonymous, Streetlight Music will respect their wishes accordingly.

DISCLAIMER/OTHER REQUIREMENTS
All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Streetlight Music. Except where prohibited by law, by entering a Giveaway, each entrant consents to the use of his/her name, voice, picture, likeness and biographical data and/or any other information contained in his/her entry in advertising, promotional and marketing materials by Streetlight Music and the Streetlight Music’s Affiliates without additional compensation, which may require, without limitation, winner to appear in person on a television, radio or Internet broadcast. In addition, by entering, all entrants, except where prohibited by law, consent to being photographed, filmed, taped and/or interviewed about the Giveaway. In connection therewith, all entrants grant full permission and consent to Streetlight Music and the Streetlight Music Affiliates to utilize any of the results of such photographing, filming, taping and/or interviewing in any and all media now known or hereafter devised and herebyrelease Streetlight Music and the Streetlight Music Affiliates from all liability related thereto. Winners may be required to sign, have notarized and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within five (5) days of receipt of such document(s) or Prize will be forfeited. All Prize claims and winner materials will be verified by Giveaway judges. If this Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including, because of any infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other cause beyond Streetlight Music’s control which corrupts or threatens to corrupt or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway, Streetlight Music reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend and/or modify this Giveaway and Streetlight Music can perform the random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to such cancellation, suspension or modification of the Giveaway.

Winner, by acceptance of any Prize, agrees to release Streetlight Music and Streetlight Music Affiliates from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of any Prize or while traveling to and from a location to obtain or use any Prize. Neither Streetlight Music nor the Streetlight Music Affiliates make any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of any Prize including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Neither Streetlight Music and the Streetlight Music Affiliates are responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by Streetlight Music and the Streetlight Music Affiliates, the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Giveaway or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Giveaway and which may limit a participant's ability to participate in this Giveaway.
