Keith Lockhart just announced that Joey McIntyre from New Kids On The Block will be joining the Boston Pops on the Esplanade, along with The Beach Boys, Megan Hilty Online, The Phantom of the Opera on Tour and the Boston Children's Chorus.
Governor Deval Patrick will narrate a newly commissioned Boston Pops arrangement of The Star-Spangled Banner in honor of the National Anthems 200th Anniversary in 2014.
